Bradley D’Orazio, MS LMFT is a bilingual (Spanish-English), systems-based psychotherapist. He enjoys working with individuals and couples to change communication patterns that aid in conflict resolution. Bradley is a high school baseball coach and uses his team building approach in therapy to help couples and families succeed. Bradley is also an AAMFT approved supervisor and runs supervision groups for therapists. He has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College.
 
 
Crystal Dalebroux, LMFT CSAC is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a clinical substance abuse counselor. One of her passions is helping couples resolve conflict and improve communication at all stages of the relationship. She uses a systemic approach to teach and provide insight into destructive patterns within the relationship. She helps clients understand "why" they continue the cycles of their behavior, and helps produce change that is desired. She also works with blended families to ensure success in the transitions of divorce, separation and remarriage. In addition, Crystal has a history of facilitating parent educational groups, support groups as well as dual diagnosis groups for adults that suffer with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She has worked extensively with the foster care system and knows a great deal about children's issues including attachment, mental health and trauma. She has studied at the renowned Hazelden Center for Youth and Family in Plymouth MN and has a Masters degree from Edgewood College.
 
 
Shannon Doherty, MS MFT is a relational systems-based psychotherapist whose mission is simple—to help couples and individuals identify and change those patterns of interaction that just aren't working! Shannon believes that behavior serves a purpose and that change comes from identifying those roles of power, control and attachment in any given relationship. Shannon's direct approach has empowered her clients to navigate successfully through sexual addictions, infidelity, trauma, and the process of marriage, separation & divorce. She has a history of working with dual diagnosed adults, cross cultural couples, and combat stress in returning veterans. Having studied under Dr. Peter Fabian, Shannon has been trained in Templates for Interactional Behavior, focusing her clinical year on working with and treating personality disorders. Shannon’s academic research focused on post divorce adjustment and adaptation in adult women, developing a therapeutic support group for women at all stages of the separation/divorce process which Shannon facilitates. With an undergraduate degree from UW Milwaukee in Organizational Administration & Communications and her background in international business, Shannon offers political & organizational consultation to those interested in performance and production enhancement. Shannon earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College.
 
 
Nyle Biondi, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from Madison, WI. He is a strengths-based, systems therapist who works well with individuals, couples, and families. Nyle has spent the past several years working as an in-home family therapist with children and adolescents and their families. He also focuses on working with transgender, gay, lesbian, and bisexual clients. Nyle enjoys helping people with issues surrounding identity, coming out, transitioning, as well as couples and family issues. He believes in meeting each client where they are and working to find the best possible treatment approach with the client. Nyle uses a variety of treatment models including narrative therapy, CBT, solution-focused, structural therapy, and mindfulness practices.
 
 
Angela R. Myhre, MS, LMFT is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Prepare—Enrich Counselor. As a Prepare—Enrich Counselor, Angela provides pre-marital and marital assessments and subsequent couples counseling for engaged and/or married couples of all ages. Angela has experience providing intensive in-home family therapy for severely emotionally disturbed youth and their families, utilizing a collaborative, systems-based approach. Angela has also worked with the elderly, providing in-home mental health services. Prior to working as an in-home treatment provider, Angela was in private practice where she treated individuals, couples, families and groups. While in private practice, Angela gained extensive experience conducting sex offender risk assessments for agencies working with or supervising correctional clients. She has facilitated numerous treatment groups for adolescent and adult male sex offenders, and has provided individual and group aftercare services. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice Certification from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She graduated from Edgewood College with her Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy.
 
 
Erin Didion is a MFT intern from Edgewood College who is commited to helping individuals, couples and families find solutions that fit their lives. Erin believes all individuals and family systems are capable of positive growth and change at every stage of the life cycle.The goal of her practice is to help clients achieve balance in their lives by undergoing desired changes, acquiring new skills, and developing a deeper understanding of self and others. She enjoys focusing on the strengths and resources clients bring to therapy in order to improve communication, promote healthy behaviors, and provide individual and interpersonal healing. Prior to joining Marriage and Family Solutions, Erin taught special education for five years and has experience with sensory integration, behavioral interventions, social skill building, and facilitating support groups. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and parents to develop creative solutions to the challenges difficult behaviors often present. Erin is passionate about the importance of the mind-body connection, and utilizes relaxation and mindfulness techniques to approach health and healing from a holistic perspective.
 
 
Nick Wittwer is an intern who is studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Edgewood College. Nick has several years experience providing intensive in-home family therapy with a diverse range of adults, adolescents, and families. It is Nick's belief that change can occur when relationships are addressed to identify the patterns that cause people anxiety and inhibit growth. Nick attempts to highlight the strengths inherent in all situations to help people find a new sense of personal empowerment and happiness. Nick's ability to be empathetic and impartial has been successful in helping the families he works with increase their ability to set limits and improve their relationships. Nick's goal is to connect to each person's individual experience. To achieve this goal Nick draws from various therapy styles, including intergenerational family therapy, experiential therapy, and solution focused therapy. Nick is particularly interested in how attachment experiences early in life affect present relationships.
 
 
Maria Liebl is an intern from Edgewood College working on her Marriage and Family Therapy degree. She is originally from Nicaragua, was raised speaking Spanish and after studying and working several years in Wisconsin, considers herself bilingual and bicultural. Maria is trained in systems-based psychotherapy and also has a bachelor degree in Art Therapy.
